Adams & Associates Residential & Commercial Services Inc (AARCS), formed on 18 September 2006 in Woodbridge VA. At inception AARCS was a small construction company that performed basement renovations and provided basic residential and commercial repair and installation services. AARCS has evolved into a real estate investment and general contracting company and the parent company of multiple wholly owned and levered subsidiary Limited Liability Companies. AARCS leverages hundreds of years of collective expertise through numerous professional networks and associate partnerships to provide quality residential and commercial services. AARCS's corporate niche is acquiring, developing, and managing residential and commercial investment properties. Adams & Associates Residential & Commercial Services Inc’s mission is to improve the quality-of-life of underserved individuals and to strengthen communities by providing middle-class consumers quality, affordable residential and commercial leasing options. Our mission is to add value to clients’ lives, and to build strong communities in an environmentally friendly and socially responsible manner.
Overarching Goal
AARCS's goal is to provide our clients the highest quality products and services in the industry. Simply stated, AARCS sells quality versus price. To achieve this goal we adopted a Core Value of striving to gain 100% customer satisfaction on all transactions. We also take the extra steps of educating our clients on industry standards and on our processes prior to entering into a contract. We advise our clients to go to the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) website to review our corporate standing. We also encourage our clients to leverage our social media platforms to give us real-time feedback on our products and services.

Current Strategy
Our strategy entails acquiring and constructing residential and commercial properties that meet the needs of rental markets in middle-class communities. When possible obtain several properties in close proximity of each other within a neighborhood with the goal of improving that part of the neighborhood and the community overall. Our strategy is central to achieving our corporate vision of becoming the largest provider of quality residential and commercial rental space for middle-class consumers and underserved communities in Northwest Louisiana and Southwest Arkansas.
